Rooms and Rates

The Feathered Nest, situated in eclectic Cambridge, MA, encompases two different properties:
One at 85 Pearl Street Cambridge, MA 02139 and the other at 16-18 Antrim Street Cambridge MA 02139.

Both homes offer a cozy, welcoming home away from home for the single traveler.

The main house at 85 Pearl Street has three available rooms as well as a full kitchen and eating area on the first floor with sliding glass doors leading out to a large deck, a common living room with a television and radio/CD, and a common den on the second floor. Or, if you'd prefer, The Feathered Nest can also provide you with your own studio apartment at 85B Pearl Street.

The property at 16-18 Antrim Street offers a fully private studio apartment at 18B Antrim Street as well as a large fully furnished one bedroom apartment at 18-2 Antrim Street.

Room Rates

Shared Bath: $1200-$1500 per month, depending on the room and season.

Private Bath: $1400-$1800 per month, depending on the room and season.

Daily Rate of $150 per night, based on availability.
Single guest only.

Studio Rates:

Single Guest: $1400-$1800 per month, depending on the season.
Two Guests: $1600-$2400 per month, depending on the season.

Daily Rate of $175 per night, based on availability.
Single guest only. Private Bathroom.

One Bedroom Apartment Rates:

$1800-$3600 per month, depending on the season.
Daily Rate of $250 per night, based on availability.
Single or Double.

Rate includes all taxes and surcharges.

The Feathered Nest is a non-smoking home that does not accommodate pets. Guests are allowed to use all of the facilities and socialize with other guests but may not bring in outside guests.

Parking in cambridge on the street is available by permit only. Off-street parking can be provided for an additional charge at both locations ($25.00 per day, short term only).

Check-in after 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Sorry, but no exceptions can be made without prior arrangements with Jean LoPresti. During certain holidays and graduations rates may be subject to change without notice. A minimum length of stay may also be required during these peak times.
